Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with leadership
  • ability to speak and write english
  • current health card as required
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check and motor vehicle record
  • pass SERV Safe certification
  • availability for 50-hour work week with open scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma
  • minimum of two years restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current health card according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world class operations including crew development, restaurant cleanliness, excellent food service, and strong financials
  • uphold and drive standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • act as ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
  • ensure clear, consistent communication with field leadership and staff
  • build effective teams through training and development and provide timely performance feedback
