Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience
  • proven leadership experience
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • maintain current health card
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background and motor vehicle record check
  • pass SERV Safe Certification
  • open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of restaurant experience
  • proven leadership experience managing all shifts
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • valid health card and SERV Safe certification
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team
  • recruit and train staff
  • manage restaurant operations including P&L
  • ensure excellent customer service and high food quality
  • maintain food safety standards and store cleanliness
  • act as liaison with senior leadership
  • foster company culture and values
