Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years of restaurant experience
- proven leadership experience
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- maintain current health card
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background and motor vehicle record check
- pass SERV Safe Certification
- open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of restaurant experience
- proven leadership experience managing all shifts
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- valid health card and SERV Safe certification
- reliable transportation
- ability to work flexible hours
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- recruit and train staff
- manage restaurant operations including P&L
- ensure excellent customer service and high food quality
- maintain food safety standards and store cleanliness
- act as liaison with senior leadership
- foster company culture and values
