Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current Health Card
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Pass Serve Safe Certification
  • Available to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Open availability depending on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • Serve Safe Certification course and exam completion
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage restaurant operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development, food quality, and financial performance
  • Drive high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Understand and perform every job in the restaurant
  • Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and make key decisions
  • Communicate consistently and clearly with field leadership and staff
  • Build and maintain an effective, motivated team through training and feedback
