Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership responsibilities
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Maintain current Health Card
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Pass Serve Safe Certification
- Available to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Open availability depending on business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card as per state or local requirements
- Serve Safe Certification course and exam completion
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage restaurant operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development, food quality, and financial performance
- Drive high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Understand and perform every job in the restaurant
- Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and make key decisions
- Communicate consistently and clearly with field leadership and staff
- Build and maintain an effective, motivated team through training and feedback
