Job Requirements

  • requires progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • recent prior experience as a general manager required for external hires
  • must possess a valid driver's license
  • strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • proven track record driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • demonstrated success mentoring and coaching individuals
  • understanding of inventory, cost of goods, and financial control
  • general proficiency in POS and other restaurant systems

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
