Job Requirements
- requires progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- recent prior experience as a general manager required for external hires
- must possess a valid driver's license
- strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- proven track record driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
- demonstrated success mentoring and coaching individuals
- understanding of inventory, cost of goods, and financial control
- general proficiency in POS and other restaurant systems
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
