Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Must pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Expected 50-hour work week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays

Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform all restaurant job functions as needed
- Make ultimate decisions regarding restaurant performance
- Maintain clear communication with field leadership and staff
- Build and develop an effective team through training and feedback
