Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Maintain current health card per local or state requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass a criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • Ability to pass Serv Safe certification course and exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Ability to effectively train and develop team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards for food safety and quality
  • Experience handling financial performance and operational management

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including staff development and pristine facility standards
  • Drive high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Understand and perform every job within the restaurant
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker responsible for restaurant performance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage financial results effectively
