Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- 3+ years previous General Manager experience for external candidates
- 1+ years Assistant General Manager experience at Fazoli's for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's locations as needed

- Oversee guest service, sales growth, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
- Foster a positive team culture emphasizing collaboration and support
- Strive for continuous improvement and pursuit of operational excellence
- Manage day-to-day challenges of running a $1MM+ business effectively
