Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Must be able to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Must maintain current Health Card
  • Must have the ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Ability to obtain and pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with P&L management

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-potential team into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations with a well-trained crew and pristine facilities
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Understand and be able to perform every job in the restaurant
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker and be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
  • Communicate consistently and clearly with field leadership and staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain strong financial results
