Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Two years restaurant experience with leadership roles
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current health card as applicable
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Expected to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card as required by state or local regulations
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a team of top performers through training and skill development
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and staff management to ensure a successful crew
  • Manage P&L and overall restaurant operations to maximize profitability
  • Ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Act as liaison between restaurant staff and field leadership, communicating company culture and values
  • Hold accountability for all aspects of restaurant performance and serve as final decision-maker
  • Drive compliance with company policies, high operational standards, and performance expectations
