Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Ability to perform every job in the restaurant
  • Leadership experience with training and developing team members
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage P&L and operational goals

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team by training and developing skills
  • Provide clear, consistent direction and recognize individual and team contributions
  • Oversee recruiting, training, management, and overall restaurant operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Maintain strong financial results and profit and loss oversight
  • Act as a liaison with other leadership and facilitate company culture and values
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
