Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including MVR
- Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Expected 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Ability to perform every job in the restaurant
- Leadership experience with training and developing team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards and ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage P&L and operational goals
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team by training and developing skills
- Provide clear, consistent direction and recognize individual and team contributions
- Oversee recruiting, training, management, and overall restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food, food safety, and cleanliness
- Maintain strong financial results and profit and loss oversight
- Act as a liaison with other leadership and facilitate company culture and values
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
