Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
- Must be able to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must commit to maintaining health and safety standards
- Must be able to perform job duties as required by the role
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Ability to maintain current health card per state or local requirements
- Ability to pass ServSafe Certification course and exam
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing profit and loss and operational functions
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into future leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operational standards including crew development and restaurant cleanliness
- Drive high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Perform and understand every job role within the restaurant
- Serve as the ultimate decision-maker and be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Build and nurture an effective team through training, development, and timely performance feedback
