Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
  • Must be able to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must commit to maintaining health and safety standards
  • Must be able to perform job duties as required by the role

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Ability to maintain current health card per state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass ServSafe Certification course and exam
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience managing profit and loss and operational functions
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into future leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operational standards including crew development and restaurant cleanliness
  • Drive high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job role within the restaurant
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker and be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build and nurture an effective team through training, development, and timely performance feedback
