Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with proven leadership
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • maintain current health card per local regulations
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • availability for 50-hour work week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma required
  • minimum of two years restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • capable of passing SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including staff development and financial performance
  • maintain and enforce high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • make ultimate decisions regarding restaurant performance
  • communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and team members
  • build and maintain an effective team through training, development, and timely feedback
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • maintain consistent strong financial results
