Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • 2+ years experience as a restaurant general manager
  • leadership ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • results-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • ability to be on feet for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to bend and twist frequently

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager
  • proven record of successful team leadership
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage staff and customer relations effectively
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • experience controlling costs and managing budgets
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet business goals

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring quality and speed of service
  • manage staffing levels, schedules, and training to optimize performance
  • control inventory and costs to enhance profitability
  • enforce compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
  • create a positive, engaging work environment that motivates team members
  • drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective leadership
