Job Requirements

  • ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
  • ability to spend 80-90% time on shop floor in front of house

  • must pass food safety certification after up to two attempts
  • ability to set budgets and maintain food and beverage costs

  • minimum of 45 hours work per week stamina
  • ability to stand and walk 9-10 hours daily
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • tolerance for both warm and cool indoor environments and some outdoor exposure
  • ability to tolerate higher noise levels and potential allergens such as peanut, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a general manager in restaurant or retail with P&L responsibility
  • high school degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties
