Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Maintain current health card per local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Pass SERVSafe certification course and exam
- Expected 50-hour work week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Identify and develop a team with high potential into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
- Maintain high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Understand and perform every job in the restaurant

- Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and staff
