Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Must possess current health card per state or local laws
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Must complete SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Valid health card according to state or local requirements
  • Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work an average 50-hour work week with open availability
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team through training and mentorship
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
  • Manage recruiting, training, and performance feedback for all staff
  • Maintain compliance with food safety standards and store cleanliness
  • Handle P&L responsibilities and ensure strong financial performance
  • Communicate effectively with field leadership and team members
  • Uphold company culture and values by fostering respect, integrity, passion, accountability, commitment, and teamwork
