Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience
  • proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including Motor Vehicle Record
  • pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • open availability
  • expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • passing SERV Safe Certification and exam

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-potential team and leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
  • maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • perform and understand all roles within the restaurant
  • act as the ultimate decision-maker for the restaurant's performance
  • communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and staff
  • ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong financial results
