Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
  • quick service experience preferred
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • safely maneuver through compact spaces
  • operate restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

  • quick service experience preferred
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to manage financial reports and inventory
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week

Job Duties

  • Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
  • monitor inventory and conduct counts every other week
  • manage labor and review financial reports with decisive action
  • recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
  • coach and train employees in operational excellence
  • maintain a clean restaurant environment
  • ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product
