Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- quick service experience preferred
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- safely maneuver through compact spaces
- operate restaurant equipment
Job Qualifications

- ability to manage financial reports and inventory

Job Duties
- Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
- monitor inventory and conduct counts every other week
- manage labor and review financial reports with decisive action
- recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
- coach and train employees in operational excellence
- maintain a clean restaurant environment
- ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product
