Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Current Health Card
- Reliable transportation
- Criminal background check and motor vehicle record
- Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work up to 50 hours weekly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card as required by state or local regulations
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Clean criminal background check including motor vehicle record
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness
- Understand and perform every job in the restaurant
- Serve as the ultimate decision-maker for the restaurant
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with staff and leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive strong financial results and profitability
