Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess valid licenses and certifications according to Federal and/or State regulations
- Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations
- Demonstrated financial management skills
- Ability to lead and train staff effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Capacity to develop marketing and community relations strategies
Job Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8-10 years of related experience in food and beverage management
- Expertise with various food and beverage concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to maintain a professional image and deliver a positive guest entertainment experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to plan and manage multiple tasks
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests to convey instructions clearly and ensure exceptional service
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and profit and loss monitoring
- Lead staff through training on service standards and drink recipe knowledge
- Build community relationships and lead marketing initiatives including social media and grassroots promotions
- Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of food and beverage products
- Monitor financial statements and recommend operational improvements to achieve objectives
