Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current health card as per regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively in English including reading, speaking, writing, and comprehension
- Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Valid health card according to local or state requirements
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational aspects simultaneously
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operations with well-developed crew and staff
- Ensure pristine restaurant conditions serving excellent food
- Maintain high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform every job in the restaurant as needed
- Be accountable for all restaurant performance aspects and make final decisions
- Engage in clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
- Build an effective team through training and development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain strong and consistent financial results
