Job Requirements

  • Requires progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • For external hires, recent prior experience as a General Manager is required
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license to perform occasional duties such as providing shift coverage, meeting liquor license requirements, delivering large catering orders, making supply runs, local restaurant marketing, attending offsite training and meetings, and traveling between locations
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight
  • General proficiency with POS and corporate software systems, third-party delivery platforms, inventory and reservation systems

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong passion for exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Success in mentoring and coaching individuals for professional growth
  • Understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, and financial control
  • Proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, third-party delivery, inventory, and reservation systems
  • Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • Hospitality or Business degree preferred
  • Culinary and kitchen operations knowledge preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales using local market knowledge
  • Drive incremental sales through coaching team members on upselling techniques
  • Perform financial analysis for continuous improvement and responsiveness to market trends
  • Foster an ownership mindset, utilizing KPIs and EBIDTA targets to spearhead ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovation while fostering teamwork and dedication
  • Develop management team members through leadership training and maintain high culinary and hospitality standards
  • Inspire and motivate the team by providing training, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Encourage exploration of new ideas and calculated risks to drive success
