Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Maintain current health card as per requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe certification and exam
  • Available to work 50 hours per week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
  • Drive high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • Take accountability for all aspects of restaurant performance
