Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- develop, monitor, and manage budgets to drive financial performance while optimizing restaurant operations
- monitor and evaluate restaurant operations for strategic planning and improvement
- review cost of sales, inventory levels, and operational procedures for efficiency
- analyze labor costs and operational expenses relative to budget and goals
- monitor inventories and cost percentages of goods, supplies, and equipment
- establish and maintain department standards to ensure quality guest service and a friendly atmosphere
- respond to and oversee guest complaints and implement recovery strategies
- maintain professional, courteous, and responsive conduct at all times
- ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- hire, retain, schedule, coach, train, and evaluate staff
- provide ongoing development and training on guest service and public relations
- create and adjust staffing schedules based on business needs
- enforce team policies and handle disciplinary actions
- conduct regular departmental training meetings
- collaborate on menu development and food selections
- actively promote marketing and restaurant promotions
- ensure effective communication between front of house and kitchen
