Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment including profit and loss responsibility
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must pass background check criteria
  • must have reliable transportation
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • able to sweep and mop floors
  • able to dust shelves
  • able to lift and carry trash containers and place in outside bins
  • able to clean parking lot and grounds
  • able to tolerate standing, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • able to stoop during 80 percent of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment including profit and loss responsibility
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • track record of people development
  • positive attitude
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Find, hire and develop employees
  • conduct new hire orientation and develop training plan for each new hire
  • schedule and deploy the team correctly
  • address performance issues
  • assist in resolution of customer issues
  • manage restaurant budget and financial plans
  • build a strong team providing great food and friendly experience
