Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment including profit and loss responsibility
- must be at least 21 years old
- must pass background check criteria
- must have reliable transportation
- basic business math and accounting skills
- able to sweep and mop floors
- able to dust shelves
- able to lift and carry trash containers and place in outside bins
- able to clean parking lot and grounds
- able to tolerate standing, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs
- able to stoop during 80 percent of shift time
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- college or university degree preferred
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment including profit and loss responsibility
- basic personal computer literacy

Job Duties
- Find, hire and develop employees
- conduct new hire orientation and develop training plan for each new hire
- schedule and deploy the team correctly
- address performance issues
- assist in resolution of customer issues
- manage restaurant budget and financial plans
- build a strong team providing great food and friendly experience
