Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years restaurant experience with proven leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Current health card as required by law
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Availability to work a 50-hour week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Effective communication skills in English, including reading, speaking, writing, and comprehension
  • Ability to maintain a current health card as per state or local regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop teams
  • Experience managing restaurant operations including P&L responsibility

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop a team with high potential into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including well-developed crew and staff
  • Maintain and enforce high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every role within the restaurant to lead by example
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker and be accountable for restaurant performance
  • Communicate consistently and clearly with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong financial results
