Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, and room service
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff
  • Schedule shifts and manage employee performance
  • Monitor financial performance including budgets, cost control, and revenue generation
  • Implement strategies to achieve financial targets
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
