Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Current health card according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Available for approximately 50-hour work week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Valid health card as required by state or local guidelines
- Proven track record of managing staff and operational tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Capability to pass SERV Safe Certification
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into future leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development and strong financial performance
- Uphold high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Master all job roles within the restaurant and lead by example
- Serve as the ultimate decision-maker responsible for restaurant success
- Communicate consistently and clearly with field leadership and staff
- Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain strong and consistent financial results
