Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Available for approximately 50-hour work week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Valid health card as required by state or local guidelines
  • Proven track record of managing staff and operational tasks
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Capability to pass SERV Safe Certification

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into future leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development and strong financial performance
  • Uphold high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Master all job roles within the restaurant and lead by example
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker responsible for restaurant success
  • Communicate consistently and clearly with field leadership and staff
  • Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain strong and consistent financial results
