Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current health card per state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Experience managing people and operations in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world class operations with a successful crew and pristine restaurant conditions
  • Maintain and drive high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand all job roles in the restaurant
  • Act as the ultimate decision-maker accountable for restaurant performance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Build and train effective teams while providing timely performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain consistent strong financial results
