Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- ability to operate restaurant equipment
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- quick service experience preferred
- strong leadership and team coaching skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple operational tasks effectively
- experience with financial report analysis
Job Duties
- Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
- monitor inventory
- manage labor
- review financial reports and take necessary actions
- recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
- coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence
- conduct biweekly inventory counts
- maintain a clean restaurant environment
- ensure every guest enjoys friendly service and a quality product
