Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of restaurant general management experience
- ability to work on feet up to 10 hours
- capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to complete Culture Index survey as part of application process
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager
- proven record of success in managing high-volume restaurants
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost control
- adept problem-solving and decision-making skills
Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- manage staffing schedules, control labor costs, and maintain inventory levels
- ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- foster a positive and motivating workplace culture for the team
- drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and operational strategies
- deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns promptly
- implement company policies and promote teamwork and accountability
