Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant general management experience
  • ability to work on feet up to 10 hours
  • capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to complete Culture Index survey as part of application process

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager
  • proven record of success in managing high-volume restaurants
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost control
  • adept problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • manage staffing schedules, control labor costs, and maintain inventory levels
  • ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
  • foster a positive and motivating workplace culture for the team
  • drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and operational strategies
  • deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns promptly
  • implement company policies and promote teamwork and accountability
