Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years management experience in a quick service or fast food dining concept
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and profit and loss management
  • current ServSafe certification
  • excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • decision making under pressure
  • ability to meet performance and brand standards
  • strong conflict resolution skills
  • high sense of urgency
  • self-motivated
  • excellent organizational, planning and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit and hire staff
  • ensure all marketing plans are executed including installation of POP and menu board elements
  • ensure restaurant is properly staffed and team members trained
  • provide leadership to create enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives
  • complete HR paperwork, payroll data, disciplinary actions accurately and timely
  • conduct team meetings on operations and procedures
  • control payroll to meet labor cost standards
  • control inventory meeting company GAP standards
  • maintain correct inventory levels and equipment in excellent condition
  • maintain proficiency in all phases of restaurant operations and technology
  • supervise according to policies and standards
  • motivate assistant managers, shift leaders and team members to perform optimally
  • review preliminary P&L and communicate with district manager
  • adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety and security policies
