Job Requirements

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager if external hire
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional operational duties
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs
  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
  • Proficient with POS, corporate software and delivery platforms

Job Qualifications

  • Proven hospitality leadership with progressive restaurant management experience
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving financial targets
  • Strong business acumen and financial control knowledge including P&L management
  • Experienced in coaching and mentoring individuals to unlock potential
  • Proficient in POS systems, corporate software, third party delivery and reservation platforms
  • Valid driver’s license for operational duties
  • Strong passion for guest-centric service
  • Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • Hospitality or business degree favored
  • Culinary and kitchen management experience a plus

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • Drive incremental sales through exceptional service and coaching team members on upselling techniques
  • Utilize financial analysis to drive continuous improvement and respond to market trends
  • Foster an ownership mindset taking responsibility for all operations while managing KPIs and EBITDA targets
  • Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking while leading restaurant initiatives
  • Develop management team members through leadership training and maintain culinary and hospitality standards
