Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Serv Safe certification
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including open availability
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Pass background check and drug test
Job Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be Serv Safe certified
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to influence and gain commitment
- Understanding of profit and loss analysis
- Knowledge of cash controls, labor analysis, and food cost calculations
- Problem-solving and sound judgment skills
- Ability to handle shifting priorities and work various shifts
- Leadership skills including employee development and customer feedback application
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of order processing systems
Job Duties
- Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
- Check product quality and communicate with customers to assure availability
- Effectively train and coach employees to show courtesy and handle complaints
- Conduct meetings with team members and management for planning, training, and reviewing operations and policies
- Develop and maintain sales levels utilizing local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and costs to minimize impact
- Analyze profits and losses and take corrective actions
- Follow proper food preparation and serving procedures
- Control restaurant inventory through an established system
- Use company approved labor guidelines and develop labor schedules
- Manage restaurant cash control and daily bank deposits
- Ensure timely reporting of accidents and incidents
- Maintain a safe work environment and achieve high health department ratings
- Ensure team image and cleanliness according to company standards
- Inform District Manager of hiring, promotions, and employee status changes
- Process payroll and maintain applicant tracking
- Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- Maintain personnel files and post federal and state required posters
- Utilize preventive maintenance system for building and equipment
- Attend district meetings for planning and training
- Perform all required administrative paperwork
