Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work a 50-hour workweek

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card compliance
  • Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations including staff development and restaurant cleanliness
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Perform every job in the restaurant with clear accountability for performance
  • Serve as ultimate decision-maker for restaurants
  • Engage in clear, consistent communication with leadership and staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong financial results
