Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card in compliance with state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Must be available to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage financials and operational standards

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and mentoring staff
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including food quality, customer service, and cleanliness
  • Manage financial performance including profit and loss, budgeting, and cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Facilitate effective communication between staff and field leadership
  • Maintain exemplary store appearance and uphold company culture and values
  • Provide consistent feedback and performance evaluations to team members
