Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager level experience in a full-service with bar environment including P&L responsibility
- experience in full-service restaurants
- familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- bachelor’s or associate degree preferred or equivalent coursework
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- proven leadership and team management abilities
- experience managing conflicts and operational challenges
Job Qualifications
