Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- 3 plus years previous general manager experience for external candidates
- 1 plus years experience as a successful Fazoli's assistant general manager for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during operating hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's restaurants

Job Duties
- Recruit select hire train develop and retain a high performance team of associates
- Lead by example treating all team members with dignity and respect
- Ensure excellent guest service delivery every day
- Execute policies systems and processes to maintain brand standards
- Manage restaurant operations including sales marketing human resources supply chain administration and facility maintenance
- Analyze business performance and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain open availability to work all shifts and assist or transfer to other Fazoli's locations as needed
