Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of restaurant management experience in fine dining or high-volume operations
  • WSET or CMS certification required
  • ServSafe Management certification, Washington State food handler card, and Washington State Mixologist license required
  • CPR/First Aid certification must be maintained
  • Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks

  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership to maintain seamless, high-quality guest experiences
  • Manage hiring, promotions, performance reviews, and other employee lifecycle activities
  • Support marketing, promotional initiatives, and community engagement
