Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of restaurant management experience in fine dining or high-volume operations
- WSET or CMS certification required
- ServSafe Management certification, Washington State food handler card, and Washington State Mixologist license required
- CPR/First Aid certification must be maintained
- Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks

- Manage hiring, promotions, performance reviews, and other employee lifecycle activities
- Support marketing, promotional initiatives, and community engagement
