Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • Pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Current health card as required by state or local laws
  • Experience in managing P&L and restaurant operations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to perform all restaurant job functions
  • Successful completion of SERV Safe certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively

Job Duties

  • Build and develop teams by training and enhancing skills
  • Provide clear and consistent direction to team members
  • Recognize and reward individual and team contributions
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of staff
  • Manage P&L and ensure restaurant profitability
  • Ensure excellent customer service and high food quality
  • Maintain food safety, store cleanliness, and compliance with policies
  • Facilitate communication between leadership and restaurant staff
  • Act as a liaison to maintain company culture and values
  • Identify and develop leadership potential within the team
  • Deliver meaningful and timely performance feedback
  • Maintain strong financial results and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage open availability scheduling and operational needs
