Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
- Pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
- Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Current health card as required by state or local laws
- Experience in managing P&L and restaurant operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform all restaurant job functions
- Successful completion of SERV Safe certification
- Reliable transportation
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively
Job Duties
- Build and develop teams by training and enhancing skills
- Provide clear and consistent direction to team members
- Recognize and reward individual and team contributions
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of staff
- Manage P&L and ensure restaurant profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service and high food quality
- Maintain food safety, store cleanliness, and compliance with policies
- Facilitate communication between leadership and restaurant staff
- Act as a liaison to maintain company culture and values
- Identify and develop leadership potential within the team
- Deliver meaningful and timely performance feedback
- Maintain strong financial results and accountability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage open availability scheduling and operational needs
