Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must pass a criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to work an expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • maintain a current health card according to state or local requirements
  • proven ability to train and develop team members
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
  • maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
  • communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • build an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
