Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must have reliable transportation
- must pass a criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to work an expected 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- maintain a current health card according to state or local requirements
- proven ability to train and develop team members
- strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
- maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
- communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
- build an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
