Job Requirements

  • Requires progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • For external hires, recent prior experience as a General Manager is required
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals
  • Understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, financial control
  • General systems proficiency in POS, corporate software, third party delivery platforms, inventory and reservation systems

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching team members
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial operations
  • Proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, delivery platforms, inventory and reservation systems

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • Drive incremental sales through exceptional service and coaching on upselling
  • Perform financial analysis to improve business performance and respond to market trends
  • Foster ownership mindset using KPIs and EBITDA targets for ongoing restaurant improvement
  • Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking while leading teamwork
  • Develop management team members through leadership training and maintain hospitality standards
