Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to provide shift coverage and fulfill operational duties including catering deliveries and supply runs
- Experience in managing restaurant operations and leading teams
- Strong guest-centric mindset
- Ability to achieve sales growth through strategic goal setting
- Capability to mentor and develop staff
- Knowledge of financial controls including P&L management
Job Qualifications
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching team members
- Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial operations
- Proficiency with POS, corporate software, delivery platforms, inventory, and reservation systems
Job Duties
- Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
- Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
- Drive incremental sales through coaching team members on upselling techniques
- Utilize financial analysis for continuous improvement and responsiveness to market trends
- Foster an ownership mindset and utilize KPIs and EBITDA targets for ongoing improvement
- Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovation within the restaurant
- Inspire and motivate team members through training, coaching, and performance reviews
