Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to provide shift coverage and fulfill operational duties including catering deliveries and supply runs
  • Experience in managing restaurant operations and leading teams
  • Strong guest-centric mindset
  • Ability to achieve sales growth through strategic goal setting
  • Capability to mentor and develop staff
  • Knowledge of financial controls including P&L management

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching team members
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial operations
  • Proficiency with POS, corporate software, delivery platforms, inventory, and reservation systems

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • Drive incremental sales through coaching team members on upselling techniques
  • Utilize financial analysis for continuous improvement and responsiveness to market trends
  • Foster an ownership mindset and utilize KPIs and EBITDA targets for ongoing improvement
  • Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovation within the restaurant
  • Inspire and motivate team members through training, coaching, and performance reviews
