Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work an expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in managing P&L and team development

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations, including excellent food quality and customer service
  • Maintain high standards for food safety, store cleanliness, and employee performance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Build and train effective teams, providing meaningful performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage financials and overall restaurant performance as the ultimate decision-maker
