Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work an expected 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card according to state or local requirements
- Ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in managing P&L and team development
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations, including excellent food quality and customer service
- Maintain high standards for food safety, store cleanliness, and employee performance
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
- Build and train effective teams, providing meaningful performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage financials and overall restaurant performance as the ultimate decision-maker
