Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership
- Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Must maintain current health card as per local requirements
- Must possess reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including MVR
- Ability to pass SERV Safe certification
- Expected 50-hour work week
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card according to state or local requirements
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background check including MVR
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Build and develop a team of top performers
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of staff
- Manage P&L and overall restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food standards
- Maintain food safety and store cleanliness compliance
- Facilitate effective communication with leadership and staff
