Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including MVR
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and exam
- Expected to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card or ability to maintain according to state or local requirements
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and exam
- Experience in managing restaurant operations and staff
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Identifying and developing high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieving and maintaining world-class operations including a successful crew and staff, pristine restaurants, and strong financial performance
- Driving high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Understanding and performing all restaurant jobs
- Being accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Building an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
