Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and exam
  • Expected to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card or ability to maintain according to state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and exam
  • Experience in managing restaurant operations and staff
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Driving high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Understanding and performing all restaurant jobs

  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Building an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
