Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Prior general manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or related field
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple departments
  • Strong understanding of restaurant quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Capability to create and execute operational and business plans
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and employee development
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high-volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • Experience in hiring and developing management teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals with leadership and create actionable plans to achieve them
  • Lead and support Department Managers in goal setting, coaching, and development
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team
  • Monitor and follow up on departmental progress and take corrective actions as needed
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Manage daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
