Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior general manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or related field
- Ability to manage and lead multiple departments
- Strong understanding of restaurant quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Capability to create and execute operational and business plans
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and employee development
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high-volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set and achieve operational goals
- Experience in hiring and developing management teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals with leadership and create actionable plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers in goal setting, coaching, and development
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team
- Monitor and follow up on departmental progress and take corrective actions as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement
- Manage daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
