Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass ServSafe certification course and exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Expected availability for 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Current Health Card or ability to maintain it
- Ability to pass ServSafe certification course and exam
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively
Job Duties
- Build and develop a team of top performers by training and providing clear direction
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Manage profit and loss statements and overall restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and high quality food standards
- Maintain food safety and store cleanliness compliance
- Facilitate communication and act as a liaison with leadership
- Uphold company culture, core values, and policy compliance
