Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check including MVR
  • Must maintain current Health Card as per local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Reliable transportation
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to perform all restaurant roles as needed

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team through training and development
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Manage profit and loss to ensure maximum profitability
  • Maintain excellent customer service and high quality food standards
  • Ensure food safety and store cleanliness compliance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and staff
  • Act as a liaison promoting company culture and values
