Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Must have open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend and write in English
  • Must be able to maintain current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and team development experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop a team with high potential into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world class restaurant operations including excellent food quality and customer service
  • Maintain high standards in food safety and store cleanliness
  • Understand and perform every job in the restaurant
  • Be responsible for all aspects of restaurant performance and make ultimate decisions
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build an effective team through training, development, and timely feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain strong financial results
