Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Must have open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend and write in English
- Must be able to maintain current Health Card as per state or local requirements
- Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Demonstrated leadership skills and team development experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Identify and develop a team with high potential into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world class restaurant operations including excellent food quality and customer service
- Maintain high standards in food safety and store cleanliness
- Understand and perform every job in the restaurant
- Be responsible for all aspects of restaurant performance and make ultimate decisions
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Build an effective team through training, development, and timely feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain strong financial results
